Return & Exchange Policy
We accept free t-shirt returns within 30 days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you don't love our t-shirts, please let us know. To return an item for a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@perfecttshirtco.com with your order number. Within 48 hours, we’ll send a return authorization number. Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse—(we do not accept any COD deliveries). Refunds can take up to two weeks. There is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. If you are returning for an exchange, we will resend the requested exchange to you free of charge once the order is received in the warehouse.
