At Perfect TShirt Co., we believe great products should last—and so should the relationship with our customers. We are committed to providing exceptional service while encouraging thoughtful purchasing and responsible consumption.
Returns
We accept returns on regular-priced merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags must be attached.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before sending your item back.
To start a return, please email hello@perfecttshirtco.com with your order number. Our Customer Care team will respond with return instructions and an authorization number.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after the return has been received.
A 15% restocking fee applies to refunded orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once your exchange is received and approved, we'll ship your replacement item free of charge.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotions, using discount codes, or marked as sale items are not eligible for refunds.
However, we are happy to offer size or color exchanges when inventory is available.
